About Ocean Nami Lures

Hey, I'm Chris. 

I’ve been fishing most of my life. Piers, beaches, wading, offshore trips, long days on the water and early mornings before sunrise. Fishing has always been something I keep coming back to, no matter where I am. If I travel, I bring a rod. If there’s a tackle shop nearby, I’m stopping in.

Ocean Nami Lures came from that.

Why I started Ocean Nami

Fishing has never felt like a hobby to me. It’s the early mornings, the slow stretches, and the time it takes to figure things out. Some days are about the bite. Other days are about learning when nothing seems to go right.

I started Ocean Nami because I wanted gear I could trust through all of that. Gear that gives you confidence to stay focused, adjust when you need to, and make the most of the time you have on the water.

How I Choose the Gear

Every lure I carry is something I trust on the water. 

I keep the lineup small on purpose. I don’t want to sell everything. I want to share the things that feel right on the rod and hold up when conditions aren’t perfect.

If I wouldn’t tie it on myself, it doesn’t belong here.
